Warranty and Returns Policy

The Orca Swim Trainer is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If, within 30 days of receipt, the product is found to be defective, damaged, or not fit for its intended purpose, the customer must notify us in writing within this period. Upon review and confirmation of the issue, we will, at our sole discretion, offer either:

• a replacement product, or

• a refund of the purchase price

To process any claim, we reserve the right to request supporting evidence, including but not limited to photographs or video footage, and/or the return of the product for inspection.

This warranty is strictly limited to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. No refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will be issued after this period has elapsed.

This policy does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper use

• failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidance

• change of mind or personal preference

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

 

International Duties and Taxes Policy

For all international orders, the customer (recipient) is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated. They are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant courier or customs office.

If duties and taxes are not paid:

• the shipment may be delayed, held, or returned to the sender

• any additional shipping, handling, or return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer

In the event that a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties and taxes:

• original shipping costs are non-refundable

• return shipping fees and any associated charges will be deducted from any applicable refund

• or, if the customer requests redelivery, additional shipping costs must be paid in advance

We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from unpaid customs fees or failure to respond to courier communications.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority. Failure to pay may result in your parcel being returned. Any additional shipping costs for resending will be payable by the customer.

Shipping Policy

All UK orders are shipped using a standard 2nd Class service, which typically takes 5–7 working days from dispatch.

Shipping costs for this service are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require a faster delivery option, please contact us prior to placing your order or immediately after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate alternative shipping arrangements, with any additional costs to be agreed and paid in advance.

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and external factors beyond our control

• We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping method and timeframes outlined above unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Sizing & Fit Responsibility Policy

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size of the Orca Swim Trainer at the time of purchase.

We provide sizing guidance to support your decision; however, this is intended as a general guide only and does not guarantee fit for every individual swimmer.

Incorrect sizing, personal preference, or fit-related concerns are not considered product faults and therefore do not qualify for a refund or replacement under our 30-day warranty.

If you are unsure about sizing prior to purchase, we strongly recommend contacting us for guidance. We are happy to help you choose the most suitable option based on the information provided.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if a request is received before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved prior to dispatch, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any payment processing fees or administrative costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside of these conditions.

Reshipment Policy

If an order is returned to us due to circumstances outside of our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• failure to pay import duties or taxes

• incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

• failure to collect the parcel from the courier or designated collection point

• failure to respond to courier communication

Once the item has been returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Reshipping will only be processed once full payment for the additional shipping costs has been received.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
